This is a great mouse. I love the sleek look of it. The only problem I have with it is the scroll wheel (after 7 months of intense use) doesn't always scroll the page. I have to move it AGAIN and then it scrolls. This happens very often. I guess the wheel just got wore out. haha
I am on the internet nearly 18 hours a day and the battery life lasts approximately 2 weeks using 2000mah rechargeable batteries.

I'm very pleased with this mouse. The nano transceiver eliminated the problems that I had with prior wireless mice. I tended to bump up against things with those larger transceivers and after a while it started to cause problems. This mouse is very responsive and I've been able to get it to communicate and operate on the computer from 30+ feet away. It does go through the battery faster than my prior mice but no so fast that it is a problem (once every two months). I have adopted the habit of shutting it off when I transport my laptop. The mouse is very comfortable in my hand. I don't use the side buttons much and occasionally click on them by mistake. Overall, I give it a very positive recommendation.

Because this mouse stores it's USB interface inside itself and because the mouse works well on any surface, this mouse easily fits and stores in a small briefcase or laptop bag and will allow you to work on a conference room table, a cubicle desktop, or even a reflective surface. If your work computer is a PC, you'll really like the range of functionality that comes pre-programmed - up/down/left/right scrolling, forward/back navigation, and dashboard viewing.
The battery life and compact design makes this mouse a favorite for this business traveler. Further, even though it has a small design, it is still extremely comfortable to use for those longer work days.

Liked this product so much, I quickly ordered another one. I took my mouse about 18 feet away from my laptop, and used it on the soft arm of my recliner. Yes, it did work on the soft fabric!
The scroll wheel lacks the 'click feel' and I didn't think I'd like that, but I do like the feature--a lot.
I do wish Microsoft would list the sensitivity of the mouse. Why keep it a secret? No problem with the sensitivity with this mouse, especially for a laptop, but I like to know these things.
Battery life is claimed to be about 10 months. Sounds terrific if true. I haven't had it long enough to be able to say.
